Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving notifications

  1. Open your device Settings → Notifications → DON'T FORGET and ensure notifications are enabled.
  2. Check that "Do Not Disturb" or "Focus" mode is not blocking notifications.
  3. On Android, ensure DON'T FORGET is excluded from battery optimization (Settings → Battery → DON'T FORGET → Unrestricted).
  4. Try removing and re-adding a commitment to refresh notification scheduling.

My widgets are not updating

  1. Widgets refresh periodically based on OS limits. Open the app to trigger an immediate refresh.
  2. On iOS, try removing and re-adding the widget.
  3. On Android, check that DON'T FORGET has unrestricted battery access.
  4. Ensure you have at least one active commitment for the widget to display.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

  1. Open DON'T FORGET and go to Settings (menu icon).
  2. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the settings panel.
  3. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Live Activities are not showing on my Lock Screen

  1. Live Activities require iOS 16.1 or later.
  2. Go to Settings → DON'T FORGET → Live Activities and ensure they are enabled.
  3. You need at least one active commitment with a deadline within the next 8 hours for Live Activities to appear.

How do I delete my data?

  1. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling DON'T FORGET will permanently delete all your data.
  2. You can also delete individual commitments by swiping left on them in the app.
