DON'T FORGET is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe your task data is personal and should stay on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

Data Storage

All commitments, deadlines, reminders, and settings are stored locally on your device. DON'T FORGET does not require an account, does not use cloud sync, and does not transmit your data to any server.

What We Don't Collect

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Your commitments, tasks, or deadlines
Usage patterns or behavioral analytics
Location data
Contacts or calendar data
Device identifiers for tracking purposes

Notifications

DON'T FORGET uses local notifications to remind you of upcoming deadlines. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers.

Widgets & Live Activities

Home screen widgets and iOS Live Activities display your commitment data locally. This data is shared between the main app and the widget extension using on-device App Groups and is never transmitted externally.

In-App Purchases

DON'T FORGET Pro is available as an in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment information. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status and may process anonymized purchase receipts.

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

RevenueCat — Manages in-app purchase and subscription status. RevenueCat may process anonymized purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store / Google Play — Handles app distribution and payment processing under their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

DON'T FORGET does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, this applies universally.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
